European Expansion

As mentioned above, i-Ternity aims to develop its service in full compliance with the existing legal frameworks and institutions governing property rights and inheritance transmission. The first step will be to get the i-Ternity platform certified by the French Superior Council of Notaries (CSN) and to connect it with the French central registry of testaments (FCDDV). In a second step, i-Ternity will go through the process of obtaining the labels and certification required by the International Union of Notaries in order to be granted permission to connect to the European Network of Registers of Wills Association (ENRWA) database. In a third step, partnerships will be negotiated with the relevant institutions from all remaining European nations which are not part of the ENRWA so that our service becomes available to any person residing on the European continent.
